The third generation of Carbon-6 LED driving lights is the result of years of development and testing at the highest levels in professional rally and racing motorsports. The redesign and refinement of the products delivers more light, less weight, and greater functionality compared to previous versions. Each light is available with a "searchlight" or "driving light" beam pattern and can be operated in four modes: HIGH BEAM - BOOST MODE (100% power) LOW BEAM (100% power) HIGH BEAM - REDUCED POWER (25% power) (Mode conforme UNECE active for a PWM signal alternatively - see the technical technique for plus the information) LOW BEAM - REDUCED POWER (25% power) Additional lighting modes for racing teams that want maximum flexibility are also possible by using a PWM signal from the vehicle. Thanks to advances in electronic design and component technology, we were able to increase light output by placing additional LEDs on the circuit board of each light. The product-specific, highly reflective, vacuum-metallized optics ensure maximum light output on the road and track. Combined, the SPOT and DRIVING LIGHT lights deliver the perfect balance between absolutely uniform long-distance illumination and diffused illumination. The lamp housing is made of high-strength and heat-resistant PC-ABS material. The temperature control of the luminaire is achieved via a CAE-optimized anodized aluminum element, carefully developed to ensure the full and optimal light output of the LEDs is maintained. The result is products that weigh just 400 g each. Dynamic drive modulation in the luminaires prevents damage to the electronic components under extreme environmental and temperature conditions. The Carbon 6 lights were developed alongside a range of carbon fiber rally headlight housings compatible with a wide range of vehicle makes and models, as well as universal hood mounting solutions for dual- or triple-lamp configurations. Adjustment and fine-tuning controls, along with compatible lens covers (included with each light), ensure a premium motorsport lighting solution.

Carbon-6 Gen 3 lights are not compatible with the Fiesta R2 unless purchased directly from M-Sport. Compatibility issues exist with various M-Sport PDU versions.
