Description
The Lazer Contactless Reader enables the reading of CAN Hi and CAN Lo vehicle data without a metallic connection between the interface and the vehicle's CAN bus wiring. The reader wraps around a section of the vehicle's CAN bus cable and reads the data inductively, thus protecting the manufacturer's warranty.
This version of the contactless reader operates on 5 V and is directly compatible with the Lazer CAN bus interface. Connection is simple plug & play using the interface's cable set.
An LED display on the contactless reader confirms receipt of the CAN data.
