Description
The Lazer Contactless Reader enables contactless reading of CAN-Hi and CAN-Lo data on the vehicle – entirely without a direct, metallic connection to the CAN bus line. Instead, the reader is simply placed around an existing CAN line and reads the signals inductively. This fully preserves the vehicle's manufacturer's warranty, as no cables need to be damaged or cut.
This version of the reader operates with a 5V supply voltage and is specially designed for plug & play use with the Lazer CAN-Bus Interface (CANNY). Connection is quick and easy via the included cable set. An integrated LED display reliably signals successful reception of CAN data – ideal for easy function control during installation.
