The Elite+ range represents an evolution of our high-performance LED lighting solutions, featuring products with enhanced performance, light distribution, and functionality. These improvements are achieved in part by placing additional amber LEDs in each lamp, which can be combined with the already superior white high beam function. The result is impressive visibility in the dark with a slightly softer, more relaxing color temperature. The amber LEDs can also be operated on their own, directing the light slightly downward and toward the edges of the road, making this function ideal in snow, fog, or dust.
The lights are designed to switch between the various lighting modes via a button. The lighting modes are: Boost (white only), Combi (white + amber), Snow/Fog/Dust mode (amber only), and ECE Mark (white only; approved for road use with reduced power according to UNECE Regulation 149). The memory function in the light ensures that the previously selected mode is retained, for example, when the vehicle is restarted. If you hold the button for two seconds, the light immediately switches to ECE Mark mode.
Despite the low-profile, aerodynamic design of the Linear-18 Elite+ light, the light features advanced electronics, utilizing an impressive 36 white and 18 amber LEDs. In Boost mode, the white LEDs produce 14,850 raw lumens (10% more than the current Linear-18 Elite lineup). In Combo mode, the white and amber LEDs combine to produce 21,000 raw lumens, an incredible output for an LED light bar of this size. All LEDs combined consume 190W at a current of 14A (at 14V). To support the light's operation and electrical installation, a cable kit with a high-performance Aptiv connector is included.
