The Utility-80 HD (Heavy-Duty) is a new addition to the Utility Series product line for 2023 and builds on our reputation for high-performance LED Work Lights. The product is specifically designed and engineered to meet the rigorous demands of industrial applications in mining, construction, forestry, and agriculture.

The Utility-80 HD consists of four high-quality 20W "bin" LEDs that deliver their 8,940 raw lumens of light output through highly reflective, vacuum-metallized optics. These have been redesigned for this product to achieve even better light distribution over a wider area. For customers who desire flexibility and easy control over light intensity, a version of the product with a variable brightness function is available, allowing the operator to increase or decrease the lamp's brightness at the touch of a button.

The light color of both 80 HD variants is set to 5000 K. For greater safety, it was carefully selected to maximize the definition of objects and hazards in front of the vehicle while reducing the fatigue that can result from using products with a higher color temperature.

In addition to their light output, the lights are characterized by their robust construction and high-quality workmanship. Like all Lazer products, the light benefits from an electronic thermal management system, a CAE-optimized heat sink, a hard-coated polycarbonate lens, and an advanced electronic design. An improved die-cast mount, a repositioned and concealed breathable Gore-Tex membrane, and a redesigned LED/optic arrangement increase the product's robustness and suitability for the harshest environments. As a testament to the product's build quality, the light comes with a 5-year warranty (a 5-year warranty applies to use in passenger cars and commercial fleets; a 2-year warranty applies to all other applications).
