Introducing AIR, the latest LED lightbar range from Lazer Lamps, specifically designed and engineered for the heavy-duty truck and commercial vehicle market. Within the range, there are three lamp variants: AIR-55, AIR-90, and AIR-130 Elite, with the numerical value representing the power consumption of each lamp. Throughout the AIR range, every consideration has been given by our in-house UK design, engineering, and manufacturing department to present a high-performance LED solution with eye-catching product design, enhanced by a monocoque lens construction and a signature Position Light function. As with every Lazer product, light output and build quality are fully guaranteed.
Broadly comparable in light distribution to the Triple-R 1000 Elite, the AIR-130 Elite represents the pinnacle of light output relative to the lamp's size and power consumption, with robustness and reliability backed by our comprehensive 5-year warranty. Producing 12,500 lumens and 1 lux up to 592 m, the AIR-130 Elite features black circuit boards, giving the lamp a discreet appearance compared to other products in the AIR series. The light distribution has been carefully engineered to provide optimal vertical and horizontal illumination for road use, including higher vehicle mounting positions. Operating at 100%, the lamp's high beam output exceeds the permissible UNECE Regulation 149 for a road-legal driving light; therefore, the dual output feature allows for power reduction within regulatory limits.
In addition to the remarkable illumination levels in the high beam range, all AIR products feature an integrated "dual" Position Light in white or amber. In addition to the safety benefits, the use of the latest technologies and materials has created a distinctive appearance that can be appreciated from close up or from a distance. When operating, the white Position Light is approved for road use according to UNECE Regulation 148.
The design and build quality of AIR products are enhanced by the injection-molded monocoque polycarbonate lens. Backed by a lifetime warranty, the "unbreakable" lens, which is finished with a hardcoat coating (an example of one of the upstream manufacturing processes Lazer also controls in-house), flows down and underneath the lamp, with a textured finish on the bottom. The unique lamp design is enhanced by the included innovative "Center Mount" system, which allows the lamp to sit much lower relative to the mounting point, providing a clean, sleek installation.
