Introducing AIR – the latest LED lightbar range from Lazer Lamps, specifically designed for the heavy-duty and commercial vehicle market. Producing a light output similar to the market-leading Triple-R 1000, the AIR-90 is now available with an integrated, UNECE-approved Beacon function, further enhancing the lamp's functionality and appeal. Across the AIR range, every detail has been carefully considered – by our in-house UK engineering, design, and manufacturing department – to deliver a high-performance LED solution with a striking design, enhanced by a monocoque lens construction and signature Position Light. As with all Lazer products, light output and build quality are absolutely guaranteed.
With a light output of 9,160 lumens and a 1-lux range of up to 574 meters, the AIR-90 is an exceptionally versatile light bar for everyday use. The vertical light distribution has also been meticulously tuned. The light is approved as a high-beam headlight according to UNECE Regulation 149 – thanks to Lazer's dual E-Boost technology. By briefly switching on/off (flash-to-dim), the light can be quickly dimmed, for example, to avoid glare when passing traffic signs, or programmed to operate continuously in high or low mode. The low mode meets the requirements of UNECE Regulation 149 for high beam in Road Traffic.
The attractiveness of the AIR-90 is further enhanced by the Beacon version, which is approved according to UNECE Reg65 as a narrow beam warning light for night operation (XA1). Two different amber hazard warning flash patterns can be selected and synchronized between multiple lights – either directly during installation or via a momentary switch if the flash pattern needs to be changed on demand.
In addition to the impressive high beam performance, all AIR models feature an integrated "twin" Position Light in white or amber. In addition to the safety benefits, the use of state-of-the-art technology and materials ensures a striking, unmistakable appearance – both close up and from a distance. The white Position Light is approved for road use according to UNECE Reg148.
The design and build quality of AIR products are further enhanced by the injection-molded polycarbonate monocoque lens. The "unbreakable" lens, which comes with a lifetime warranty, is finished with a durable hardcoat (an example of an upstream production process that Lazer also implements in-house). The lens extends below the lamp and features a textured finish. The unique lamp design is further enhanced by the included innovative "Centre Mount" system, which allows for particularly low mounting relative to the fixing point – for a clean, elegant installation.
