Description
Newly introduced in 2021, the Sentinel range features 9-inch round lights that combine a striking, premium design with the high light output and craftsmanship typical of Lazer Lamps. It is available in Standard and Elite grades. The Standard version features 20 high-power LEDs and is available with either a black or chrome finish on the interior of the lamp. The Elite product, on the other hand, is only available with a black interior but, with a combination of 32 high-power LEDs, offers the best light output you would expect from a product bearing the "Elite" label.
In the "Standard" range, the Sentinel Black and Chrome lights produce the same light output. With a light output of 9,529 lumens, the lights deliver 1 lux and a range of over 700 m. This is impressive in itself, but thanks to the 52-degree horizontal beam angle, the products ensure maximum visibility in all types of on- and off-road applications.
As with all Lazer products, the 5000K color temperature is pleasing to the eye while maximizing the sharpness and definition of objects in front of the vehicle. The lamp is approved for high beam use under UNECE Regulation 112, utilizing Lazer's E-Boost technology with double the light output. At 100%, the light intensity exceeds the permissible limit of ECE regulations, so the included boost cap on the back of the lamp can be removed to reduce the light output to the permissible limit.
The striking, ultra-reflective design of the chrome version of the Sentinel lamp is achieved through the use of white printed circuit boards and a chrome frame with an intricate hexagonal design detail for a unique, contemporary appearance. Within the lamp, there's the option to connect a white or amber position/sidelight function for an even more striking look, with the white version being approved under UNECE Regulation 7.
The lights are supplied with a "slim" die-cast aluminum bracket, which, like the lights themselves, has undergone an automotive-grade pre-treatment before being applied with a satin black powder coating. The result is a product that is protected against aesthetic deterioration or corrosion. An alternative "wide" bracket, along with a range of lens covers, a mounting bracket kit, and anti-theft fasteners, are available as optional accessories.
Like all Lazer products, Sentinel lights were designed, developed, and manufactured in our UK factory. No compromises were made in components or manufacturing processes to ensure a high-quality product. At the same time, environmental protection and an ambitious carbon reduction program played a key role in the design and manufacture of Sentinel products.
